Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and email address are correct when placing your order. EGM Izinhlelo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

 

Damaged or Missing Parcels:

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the courier claim process where possible. Courier claims are subject to the courier company’s investigation and terms.
