Service Description
Weekday Emergency (Mon–Fri, 17:00–20:00) R1,500/hour Weekend & Holiday (Sat, 8:00–20:00) R 1,950/hour (Sun 8:00-20:00) R4,000/hour (Holidays 8:00-18:00) R1,950/hour Note: All prices exclude parts. First hour charged minimum, then in 1hr blocks.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking: Full payment required online to secure your appointment. Booking confirmed only after payment. Service Billing: All services charged at R750 per hour. Minimum 1-hour charge. Additional time billed to the nearest hour. Billing starts at technician arrival. Travel Fee: Service includes travel within 50km. Beyond 50km: Additional R5 per kilometer (round trip). Rescheduling: Free with 24+ hours notice. Less than 24 hours: You will be charged a R250 re-scheduling fee. Cancellations: More than 24 hours: Full credit for future use. Less than 24 hours: No refund or credit. Client Prep: Ensure clear access, parking, secured pets, and available power during service. Late Policy: We notify if 15+ mins late. If client not available at booked time, billing starts immediately. Weather: Outdoor services postponed during bad weather conditions at no charge. Parts & Materials: Quoted separately. Additional parts require approval. 15% restocking fee on returned unused items. Warranty: Manufacturer warranty on parts. Liability: Not responsible for pre-existing or concealed faults. Agreement: Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
